Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These terms govern your use of xtrac ("the service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. What xtrac is

xtrac is a software tool that uses AI to produce a technical read of a price-chart image you provide — a signal, suggested levels, and a position-size calculation — along with a trade journal and performance analytics. It is an educational and informational tool.

2. Not financial advice

xtrac does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and is not a broker, dealer, or advisor. Nothing produced by the service is a recommendation to buy or sell any security or asset. All outputs are automated technical analysis of an image and may be inaccurate. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be of legal age to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Subscriptions & billing

5. Acceptable use

Don't abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass the limits or security of the service, and don't use it for anything unlawful.

6. Availability & changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, xtrac is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
